Salesforce Administrator supporting the implementation and optimization of CRM systems at Dal-Tile. Collaborating with sales teams and IT for technology deployment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and configuration of sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales automation platforms
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce automations (Flows, complex validation rules, custom objects, etc.)
Lead mandatory platform upgrades
Lead system upgrades and Salesforce release testing
Responsible for CRM administrative functions including, but not limited to customer support, user management, data management, flows, reports, and dashboards
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making
Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of sales technology solutions
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives
Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team
Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts
Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges
Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
