About the role

  • Salesforce Administrator supporting the implementation and optimization of CRM systems at Dal-Tile. Collaborating with sales teams and IT for technology deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales automation platforms
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce automations (Flows, complex validation rules, custom objects, etc.)
  • Lead mandatory platform upgrades
  • Lead system upgrades and Salesforce release testing
  • Responsible for CRM administrative functions including, but not limited to customer support, user management, data management, flows, reports, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making
  • Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of sales technology solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team
  • Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts
  • Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Required Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
  • Experience in Sales & Service Cloud required.
  • Experience in Experience Cloud or Commerce Cloud preferred.
  • Strong Data Management Skills (Data Loader, SOQL, queries, data modeling)
  • Strong knowledge in Lightning Experience, Flows and Advanced Automation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Highly analytical
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products, and Salesforce.
