About the role

  • Salesforce Administrator providing essential administrative support and enhancements for the Salesforce ecosystem in Manila. Responsible for maintaining and refining system functionalities as a team member and individual.

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and enhance the existing Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine Salesforce tasks such as user account creation/modification, profile and permission set assignments, license management, and product configuration.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement recommended solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations, including custom fields, records, Flows and processes.
  • Recommend and implement system optimizations while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
  • Test and validate your own Salesforce customizations, integrations, modules, and features to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and other teams to assess and manage the impacts of Salesforce updates and releases.
  • Analyze business requirements and implement solutions that align with best practices.
  • Assist in the maintenance of integrations and the products being integrated.
  • Update existing data and maintain a high degree of data integrity.
  • Create and update basic reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with data imports and exports using standard Salesforce tools.
  • Document Salesforce processes and configurations.
  • Triage issues and escalate when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator, ideally with a SaSS company using Salesforce. Experience with CPQ is preferred.
