Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and enhance the existing Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine Salesforce tasks such as user account creation/modification, profile and permission set assignments, license management, and product configuration.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement recommended solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations, including custom fields, records, Flows and processes.
Recommend and implement system optimizations while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
Test and validate your own Salesforce customizations, integrations, modules, and features to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and other teams to assess and manage the impacts of Salesforce updates and releases.
Analyze business requirements and implement solutions that align with best practices.
Assist in the maintenance of integrations and the products being integrated.
Update existing data and maintain a high degree of data integrity.
Create and update basic reports and dashboards.
Assist with data imports and exports using standard Salesforce tools.
Document Salesforce processes and configurations.
Triage issues and escalate when needed.
Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator, ideally with a SaSS company using Salesforce. Experience with CPQ is preferred.
