About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist providing administrative support to Strategic Sales Specialists and resolving customer inquiries. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective management of sales orders and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative-based support to the Strategic Sales Specialists and respond to customer/prospect queries.
  • Enter orders, maintain backlog reports, and update customer’s portals.
  • Resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Take a lead role in the sales administration for the customer.

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent is required.
  • Experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
  • Team player who is goal oriented and customer focused.
  • Successful completion of the company’s training program is required.
