About the role

  • Preparing price quotes for pump spare parts and ensuring their timely dispatch
  • Checking business terms and conditions and documentation in SAP and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Verifying customer orders and ensuring their fulfillment
  • Acting as the main contact for customers and the sales team in the area of pump spare parts
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of pump applications and types, a clear understanding of parts, programs, and processes to best drive solutions
  • Sales support, recommending complementary products, and participating in meetings with customers
  • Create/maintain customer contract process standardizations in alignment with global processes.

Requirements

  • BS or BA Degree in relevant field
  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Industry experience related to pumps/rotating equipment
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch is a must
  • Experience with customer relationship management in the power generation and utility industries
  • Experience in Sales Force
  • Experience in pricing, contract review and ERP administration (SAP)
