About the role

  • Customer Experience Specialist Intern enhancing customer feedback mechanisms at Baker Hughes. Collaborating with teams on projects and gaining hands-on experience in a global energy company.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in focused training and team meetings
  • Work on projects and present results
  • Collaborate with Marketing and wider SBU’s to develop and analyze targeted surveys
  • Assist in tracking and trending customer feedback to identify patterns
  • Creation and development of training and supporting material for customer feedback management tools
  • Identify, develop first-time yield indicators
  • Support & lead customer experience integration activities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Marketing, Communications, Business study, Psychology
  • GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Legally able to work in the country without company sponsorship or time restriction
