About the role

  • Sales Support Professional supporting both internal and external sales teams at TIM. Responsibilities include managing sales systems, processes, and commercial projects with administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative activities related to supporting the sales force (internal and external), including sales systems, processes and commercial projects, as well as supporting the area’s management reports.
  • Map and diagnose commercial processes, control points, improvement opportunities, activity flows, root causes, and manage action plans for identified improvements;
  • Work on process digitization and innovation, seeking continuous integration to provide a seamless, non-fragmented experience for customers or consumers;
  • Continuously evaluate the market to internalize journey and evolution aspects of customer service, leading transformations focused on delivering the simplest and most effective solutions;
  • Interact with internal stakeholders, managing approval levels for processes and projects.
  • Ensure the roadmap for updating (and creating when necessary) procedures and operational instructions;
  • Define and monitor metrics and KPIs tied to the processes;
  • Assess and promote improvements in process design;
  • Support executive decision-making using market and internal data, employing structured reasoning and analyses on the TIM customer journey and competitors;
  • Prepare executive presentations for senior management.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial processes;
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (Production Engineering) or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree and certifications in process management are a plus.
