Responsibilities
Lead sales efforts across the South region
Promote detection equipment through specialist fire systems integrators
Identify new business opportunities
Support BD team with valuable leads
Work closely with installers in education, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors
Build project bids and present technical solutions at board level
Manage leads through Salesforce
Drive pipeline growth
Collaborate with internal teams to meet defined sales targets
Shape product development and market strategy
Requirements
Proven track record in account management, specification sales, or project sales within a technical sector
Experience in B2B technical solutions sales
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
A full UK driving licence is essential
Demonstrated ability to build relationships
Develop strategic plans
Collaborate across teams to deliver results
Experience in surveying buildings and designing fire or security systems is highly desirable
Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce.com
