About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager responsible for B2B sales in professional lighting solutions. Focused on customer acquisition, long-term relationships, and market expansion in NÖ/Wien.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage the company’s business within the assigned territory
  • Provide comprehensive support to existing customers and acquire new clients
  • Continuously expand business relationships
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Develop a business case for expanding operations in your region in collaboration with the Country Manager
  • Manage and oversee proposals and orders
  • Meet targets and budgetary objectives

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional lighting, electrical engineering, or technical systems solutions, with proven success in project sales and new customer acquisition
  • Strong hunter mentality with enthusiasm for active prospecting, business development, and building sustainable customer relationships
  • Field sales experience with structured self-organization
  • Confident presence, strong closing skills, and negotiation abilities
  • Good written and spoken English for collaboration with international stakeholders and internal contacts
