About the role

  • Sales Manager focusing on developing sales and installing payment solutions in France. Engaging with SMEs and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective onboarding and support.

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales within your territory
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with SME decision-makers
  • Sell Flatpay solutions leveraging provided qualified leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
  • Generate your own sales opportunities
  • Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold in-person visits)
  • Build your local network and activate customer referrals
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities
  • Install and support customers
  • Ensure delivery and installation of sold solutions
  • Train customers on the use of our equipment
  • Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one

Requirements

  • You are motivated by field sales, ideally in a B2B or customer-facing environment
  • You are comfortable with quantified targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
  • You are autonomous, persistent, resilient, and results-oriented
  • You communicate effectively and with impact
  • Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
  • You hold a valid driver's license (Category B) — required
