Identification of target customers: You research and identify potential customers and business opportunities across industries for new customer acquisition in German-speaking regions.
Company presentations: You professionally and convincingly present our company and solutions to prospective customers.
Persuasive communication: You hold discussions with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
New customer acquisition: You take responsibility for the entire new-customer acquisition process — from initial contact through to project completion.
Market and competitor analysis: You monitor the market to identify new trends and opportunities early and leverage them.
CRM: Develop strategies to optimize customer care through the CRM system to sustainably increase customer satisfaction and retention. Train the team in the effective use of the system to improve maintenance and management of customer relationships.
Requirements
Commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, carpenter; experience in metalworking) or a technical university degree — not mandatory
Strong communicator and open-minded team player with excellent negotiation skills and persuasiveness
At least 5 years of professional experience
Strong service orientation, quick grasp of new topics, and a confident appearance
German at a minimum C1 level; very good English; additional language skills are an advantage (especially French at C1 level)
Willingness to travel (at least 70%)
