About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for building customer relations and acquiring new clients in fiber optic solutions. Engaging in market analysis and presenting products at events and customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Account management: building and maintaining long-term customer relationships; providing individual consulting across our entire product portfolio
  • Customer acquisition: identifying and approaching potential customers
  • Market analysis: monitoring and researching market trends; identifying new sales potential
  • Competitor monitoring and analysis of customer needs
  • Presenting our products to customers as well as at trade shows and events

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field or solid commercial/technical vocational training
  • Experience in sales and field sales (at least 2 years)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a convincing and professional demeanor
  • Analytical and sales-oriented mindset
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial approach to work
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Negotiation-level German and English, both written and spoken
