Responsibilities
You research and qualify potential customers (prospecting)
You make outbound calls — always with a clear structure and objective
You use tools like Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI-powered workflows
You test new messaging approaches and determine what actually works — always data-driven
You work closely with the Head of Marketing, the founders and our AE team
Requirements
You have no fear of picking up the phone — on the contrary: you enjoy it
You speak fluent German and are professionally confident in English
You are persistent, don’t give up at the first “no interest” and follow up consistently
You have the drive to seriously develop a career in sales — not just as a side activity
You work in a structured, data-driven way, think proactively and want to contribute to growth
Initial experience in outbound sales, recruiting, or a startup environment is a plus
