About the role

  • Internship/Werkstudent in Sales at NAVIT, a Mobility-Tech SaaS startup. Involves qualifying potential customers and making outbound calls using sales tools.

Responsibilities

  • You research and qualify potential customers (prospecting)
  • You make outbound calls — always with a clear structure and objective
  • You use tools like Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI-powered workflows
  • You test new messaging approaches and determine what actually works — always data-driven
  • You work closely with the Head of Marketing, the founders and our AE team

Requirements

  • You have no fear of picking up the phone — on the contrary: you enjoy it
  • You speak fluent German and are professionally confident in English
  • You are persistent, don’t give up at the first “no interest” and follow up consistently
  • You have the drive to seriously develop a career in sales — not just as a side activity
  • You work in a structured, data-driven way, think proactively and want to contribute to growth
  • Initial experience in outbound sales, recruiting, or a startup environment is a plus
