Responsibilities
Support the Retail Operations Manager and Sales Manager in completing assigned tasks and projects.
Attend meetings and events to observe and gain insights into retail and sales operations.
Maintain and update sales reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Communicate effectively with vendors and clients as directed by the manager.
Conduct research and compile survey data to support operational and sales initiatives.
Provide on-field and event operational support as needed.
Assist with data analysis to help identify operational opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager to complete all assigned tasks and projects.
Conduct store visits to ensure planogram tidiness, recheck stock and tester availability, and take photographic documentation.
Prepare competitor reports, detailing new product launches and marketing activities, both in-store and online.
Actively attend and participate in brand animation events and workshops.
Identify potential weaknesses within current operations and propose actionable improvement suggestions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
Ability to commit to at least 12 weeks of full-time work.
