About the role

  • Assistant Sales Manager responsible for driving sales and managing relationships in KSA market. Expanding dealer networks and providing technical support to clients in refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell refrigeration systems to supermarkets, warehouses, food processing units, installers, and dealers across the KSA region.
  • Identify and develop new dealers and distributors to expand market reach within assigned KSA countries.
  • Train and support dealers with product knowledge, system selection, and technical updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver technically accurate and customized solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and competitor activity in the region.
  • Provide timely customer and market feedback to management.
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
  • Achieve annual sales targets for new refrigeration equipment and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of commercial refrigeration systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration system selection, design, and applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, refrigeration system selection tools, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage dealer/distributor networks across multiple countries.
  • Willingness to travel within the KSA region to meet clients, partners, and visit project sites.
