About the role

  • Manager driving sales performance in the pharmaceutical sector, optimizing CRM processes and providing actionable insights. Collaborating with sales teams and developing strategies for commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

  • You drive sales performance in the pharmaceutical environment
  • As the Manager for Commercial Excellence & Sales Force Effectiveness, you optimize territory structures, targeting strategies, and the use of CRM and BI systems
  • You are the primary point of contact for our CRM (YSURA) and turn data into impactful insights
  • Planning and analysis of sales targets and KPIs
  • Design and implementation of bonus/incentive systems
  • Management and further development of the CRM system
  • Conducting targeting and profiling workshops
  • Reporting with Power BI & Excel – from insight to dashboard
  • Collaboration with the sales team and international stakeholders/interfaces

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, natural sciences, IT, or a related field
  • 4+ years' experience in business analytics, CRM & project management
  • 3+ years' experience in the German healthcare/pharmaceutical sector
  • Deep understanding of CRM processes & data quality
  • Strong analytical skills & technical understanding
