About the role

  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales through consultative selling and tailored recommendations
  • Provide a premium level of service and communication across phone, email and live chat, ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to post-event
  • Accurately manage and input bookings in internal systems, ensuring attention to detail and operational excellence
  • Coordinate with external travel and hospitality suppliers to guarantee seamless delivery of packages
  • Travel to and support major motorsport events, including Le Mans 24 Hours, assisting with on-site operations, customer liaison, and delivery of premium experiences
  • Attend trade shows and familiarisation trips to deepen product knowledge and support commercial growth

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (essential)
  • Commercially driven with a genuine passion for motorsport, events, or luxury travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to build rapport quickly with clients
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in sales, travel, or event environments preferred but not essential
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support major events
