About the role

  • Design, build, and lead the overarching enablement strategy for internal sales teams and external partners
  • Lead and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences including new hires, tenured sales professionals, and executive leadership
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of enablement projects from needs analysis to delivery and impact measurement
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution
  • Drive the strategy and development of sales assets including playbooks, competitive intelligence, pitch decks, and case studies
  • Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of enablement programs and report ROI to senior leadership
  • Act as key partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive leadership to identify knowledge gaps and developmental needs

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or similar strategic role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field
  • Candidate must be located in Vancouver
  • Native English proficiency required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor, coach, and influence
  • Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Expert-level project management skills
  • Experience overseeing the strategy and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge of Training Certifications and CPE credits is highly desirable
  • Preference for experience in Financial Technology, Banking, ERPs, or B2B SaaS
