Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and dashboards.
Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.).
Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and reinforcement best practices.
