About the role

  • Sales Operations Lead managing CRM and Contact Centre systems at HyperionDev. Ensuring sales efficiency and supporting revenue team operations in a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and optimisation of the CRM and Contact Centre software to ensure high uptime and data integrity.
  • Lead the creation and regular updating of internal sales policy documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage all reporting dashboards for the Revenue Team, providing actionable insights into student pipelines and performance.
  • Provide feedback and implement technical improvements to the payment journey and internal sales processes.
  • Work closely with Finance and Collections to ensure data accuracy and reliable system integrations across the department.
  • Manage queries related to system issues and ensure timely resolution of internal operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, account management, or business development support role.
  • 1+ years of experience in CRM management and maintenance.
  • Outstanding organisation and planning skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong follow-through on technical commitments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting KPIs related to operational efficiency.
  • A minimum of a matric qualification.
  • A marketing, commerce, or information systems related Bachelor degree (preferred).
  • 1+ year experience in an online education or technical scale-up environment (preferred).
  • 1+ year experience in a project management or coordination role (preferred).
  • Basic to intermediate technical skills or an understanding of coding languages (preferred).
