About the role

  • B2B Sales Enablement Manager at Ukio driving sales productivity and implementing enablement programs. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate ramp time.
  • Create and maintain training programs focused on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure sales teams have access to relevant, up-to-date content (case studies, pitch decks, battlecards, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Product teams to translate product updates into clear, sales-ready messaging.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement tools and platforms (CRM, LMS, CMS).
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Support sales leadership with coaching frameworks and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Standardize sales processes and best practices across regions and segments.
  • Track and report on enablement impact (ramp time, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment).

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, B2B Sales, or related roles.
  • Proven experience working with B2B sales teams (mid-market and/or enterprise).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and methodologies.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement tools is a plus.
