About the role

  • Channel Sales Operations Analyst managing global onboarding and operational efficiency for Trimble's partner ecosystem. Collaborating effectively to support the AECO sector and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the global onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless entry into our digital ecosystem
  • Manage high-impact pipeline reporting and deal registrations within the partner portal to drive sales accuracy
  • Solve complex partner queries and PRM tool issues to maintain high levels of engagement and operational efficiency
  • Analyze critical tool metrics and usage data to provide actionable insights for sales leadership
  • Facilitate the partner learning journey by managing global access to essential enablement and training materials

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in data analysis, data validation, and resolving complex stakeholder queries
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and senior internal managers
  • Experience managing or supporting digital platforms, partner portals, or PRM tools
  • Experience specifically within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry (Bonus Points)
  • Familiarity with lead routing methodologies and CRM integration (Bonus Points)
  • Previous experience working within a global indirect sales or channel sales environment (Bonus Points)
