About the role

  • Contribute to the creation and management of sales playbooks, guides, and best practices
  • Assist in developing, updating, and organizing sales resources
  • Regularly review sales analytics and provide recommendations
  • Analyze sales data to identify key areas for improvement
  • Support onboarding for new sales representatives
  • Complete a summer capstone project presenting to Sonepar leaders

Requirements

  • Rising Junior/Senior currently enrolled at a 4-year university majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • GPA: 3.2 or higher
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Great work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
