Responsibilities
Identify potential new customers and the right points of contact
Build and nurture new customer relationships, primarily through cold outreach and your existing network
Uncover the needs and requirements of prospective customers
Generate and qualify leads
Work closely with the sales managers on your team and win sales opportunities together

Requirements
A strong passion for selling project-based work
The ability to network across large organizations and spark interest in BettercallPaul
Ideally, an existing network within corporate IT departments you can leverage
Experience and proven success in generating leads for IT companies, preferably in custom software and project-based engagements
Passion for and understanding of our core business: custom software, machine learning, and data science
Enjoy building new customer relationships and excellent communication skills
An independent, goal-oriented work style and high self-motivation
A desire to actively contribute to the growth of BettercallPaul
A degree in computer science or business, or an equivalent vocational qualification
Business-fluent German and at least fluent English
