Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting leads and driving outbound sales for Beam’s AI solutions. Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and effective outreach.
About the role
- Identify potential new customers and the right points of contact
- Build and nurture new customer relationships, primarily through cold outreach and your existing network
- Uncover the needs and requirements of prospective customers
- Generate and qualify leads
- Work closely with the sales managers on your team and win sales opportunities together
- Be willing to say "no" to customers at times, because we only sell what we truly stand behind
Requirements
- A strong passion for selling project-based work
- The ability to network across large organizations and spark interest in BettercallPaul
- Ideally, an existing network within corporate IT departments you can leverage
- Experience and proven success in generating leads for IT companies, preferably in custom software and project-based engagements
- Passion for and understanding of our core business: custom software, machine learning, and data science
- Enjoy building new customer relationships and excellent communication skills
- An independent, goal-oriented work style and high self-motivation
- A desire to actively contribute to the growth of BettercallPaul
- A degree in computer science or business, or an equivalent vocational qualification
- Business-fluent German and at least fluent English
