About the role

  • Collaborate with international sales teams to reach out to and convert inbound leads
  • Engage in consultative selling to identify prospect needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Educate potential customers on CloudTalk's AI business communications platform
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team ensuring a seamless handoff
  • Capture, manage, and track lead information in HubSpot CRM to keep data clean
  • Forge relationships with potential customers, understand their challenges, and demonstrate product value
  • Contribute to the sales pipeline and help the team hit KPIs

Requirements

  • Some prior sales experience
  • Proactive, self-starting and driven by targets
  • Customer-centric with consultative selling skills
  • Active listening and empathetic communication skills
  • Resilient and disciplined; comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Business fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and CRM data management
  • Ability to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and meet SLAs and KPIs
