About the role

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • Consolidate and build the customer base.
  • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
  • Ensure consistent customer follow-up.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: C2 level of Greek. Good level of English (oral and written).
  • Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision.
  • CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes.
  • Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts.
  • Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Personal Skills:

  • **Specialized Skills Greek Market:**
  • Greek Market Knowledge: understanding of Greek business culture. Knowledge of regional differences within Greece, recognizing the particularities of each area to tailor sales strategies.

  • Greek Communication: ability to communicate with Greek professionals, both in formal and informal settings, adapting the communication style to the context and the interlocutor.
