About the role

  • Implement sales strategies throughout a Sales rotational program across various disciplines such as DLS, Inside Sales, Account Management and more.
  • Support customers by working with leaders to understand their needs and create tailored Danfoss solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Develop and execute account strategies , working alongside experienced sales teams to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams —from engineering to marketing—to turn technical expertise into commercial success.
  • Grow your leadership and communication skills through structured workshops, mentoring, and feedback-driven learning experiences.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field).
  • A growth mindset —you’re curious, adaptable, and see challenges as opportunities to learn.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build trust and influence others.
  • A genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation.
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate during program rotations as you grow your career.
  • Previous experience in industrial sales, automation controls, or engineering firms preferred
