About the role

  • Identify decision-makers via phone, email and social networks to present our solutions.
  • Map sales opportunities and generate interest in the company's products/services.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with company criteria.
  • Schedule meetings for sales executives, ensuring the quality of leads passed on.
  • Update information in the CRM and sales engagement tools, recording relevant interactions.
  • Use social selling strategies to strengthen relationships with leads on digital channels.
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics, such as lead-to-meeting conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, sharing insights about generated leads.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with leads and the team.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy to understand customer needs and work well internally.
  • Strong organization and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and effort-based targets.
  • Analytical and proactive profile, with a focus on results and active prospecting.
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRMs and sales automation tools.
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in pre-sales (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales).
  • Completed technical education or currently pursuing a university degree.
