Identify target accounts: You research and identify potential corporate customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools.
Build target account lists: In close coordination with the Sales Operations team, you create and maintain structured account lists.
Proactively engage decision-makers: You contact relevant stakeholders such as Data Protection Officers, Compliance Managers, or CISOs via phone, email and LinkedIn.
Execute outbound campaigns: You run multi-touch outbound campaigns to generate interest and qualified leads.
Maintain data accuracy: You diligently record contacts and activities in the CRM (Pipedrive) and ensure a clean data foundation.
Collaborate closely with the sales team: Together with Account Executives, you coordinate scheduling for product demos and initial discovery calls.
Requirements
Proven sales experience: You have experience in sales or lead generation—ideally in a software or SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills: You are persuasive both on the phone and in writing—clear, personable, and results-oriented.
Tool proficiency: You are familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and preferably have CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive).
Structured and proactive: You work independently, think in a structured way, are highly self-motivated, and are eager to help build and scale the area.
Language skills: You speak German at a native level and have good English skills.
