About the role

  • Research, identify, and contact potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their Situation and uncover Pain points that lead to productive commercial conversations.
  • Create a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead generation campaigns, messaging, and handovers.
  • Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate prospect and opportunity information.
  • Stay sharp on the GoodHabitz platform, industry trends, and best practices in sales development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience (SaaS or EdTech experience is a plus).
  • A proactive, resilient, and curious mindset.
  • Strong communication skills: both written and verbal.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and ask the right questions.
  • Organized and data-driven, with experience using CRM systems.
  • Growth mindset: eager to learn, open to feedback, and driven to succeed.
  • Thrives in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
