Responsibilities
Research, identify, and contact potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
Engage with prospects to understand their Situation and uncover Pain points that lead to productive commercial conversations.
Create a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead generation campaigns, messaging, and handovers.
Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate prospect and opportunity information.
Stay sharp on the GoodHabitz platform, industry trends, and best practices in sales development.
Requirements
2+ years of sales or business development experience (SaaS or EdTech experience is a plus).
A proactive, resilient, and curious mindset.
Strong communication skills: both written and verbal.
Ability to quickly build rapport and ask the right questions.
Organized and data-driven, with experience using CRM systems.
