Responsibilities

Realizar diagnósticos iniciais para entender cenário, desafio e potencial de negócio
Aplicar critérios estruturados de qualificação antes do agendamento
Agendar reuniões estratégicas para o time de Closers, garantindo contexto claro e consistente
Atuar com disciplina no CRM (HubSpot), registrando informações relevantes e acompanhando o avanço das oportunidades
Executar cadências multicanal (telefone e e-mail) com organização e personalização
Contribuir para a evolução do processo de qualificação com base em aprendizados do funil.
Requirements
Experiência consolidada como SDR em ambiente B2B
Vivência com metas claras e cultura orientada a performance
Domínio de CRM e gestão organizada de pipeline
Conhecimento prático em frameworks de qualificação como SPIN, BANT, GPCT ou Challenger
Comunicação estruturada e capacidade de conduzir conversas com decisores
Organização e foco em resultado.
