About the role

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing offshore SDR team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to develop SDR skills in prospecting, objection handling, and qualification
  • Design and implement SDR strategies for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Balance focus between Inbound lead conversion and Outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize lead scoring, routing, and conversion metrics
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify target accounts and craft outreach strategies
  • Define and track KPIs for the SDR team
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Present team performance and strategic insights to leadership
  • Act as a bridge between SDRs, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless lead-to-opportunity process
  • Collaborate with marketing on content, messaging, and campaign strategies
  • Ensure smooth handoff from SDRs to Account Executives
  • Evaluate and enhance SDR workflows using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Continuously refine playbooks and processes to improve productivity

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales development, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to scale SDR teams and achieve pipeline goals across inbound and outbound strategies
  • Strong coaching, motivational, and team-building capabilities
  • Ability to design and execute tailored strategies for market segments and sales motions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
