About the role

  • Perform initial outreach to leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp;
  • Qualify leads according to established criteria;
  • Present the company and solution clearly;
  • Understand basic customer needs;
  • Source potential clients;
  • Schedule meetings for the next stage of the sales funnel according to the availability and calendar of the assigned account executive, ensuring continuity in the process;
  • Update the CRM with each new development, according to the lead’s progress;
  • Properly follow up with leads that have not yet converted to customers;
  • Track the completion of sales;
  • Ensure individual targets set by leaders are met;

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completed degree in commercial management, marketing, public relations, or related fields.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with online or in-person sales and familiarity with sales techniques;
  • Consultative sales profile
