About the role

  • Develop relationships with new and current clients via research, phone and email outreach, inbound lead generation and network utilization
  • Manage and grow a database of prospects within Vista’s CRM system
  • Book meetings for program prospects with Sales Vice President
  • Sell charter flights and XO memberships to new clients
  • Collaborate with regional account management and VP of Sales to grow the region’s book of business
  • Prepare tailored email cadences and outreach sequences to drive client/prospect interaction
  • Handle incoming calls and email requests from customers
  • Conduct research to improve CRM database and build richer client profiles
  • Ensure database accuracy and log calls, emails and meeting information
  • Re-engage previous members and lost sales opportunities to rebuild relationships
  • Understand customer trip needs and articulate suitable options
  • Maintain customer contact post-sale for account management
  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports (lead source tracking, calls made, emails sent, meetings set, activities accomplished, closed/won deals)

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in Turkish desirable, both written and verbal
  • Previous Sales experience in inbound or outbound selling
  • Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce & Salesloft) and sales pipeline management
  • Comfortable presenting and selling to HNWI’s and C-suite executives
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced sales environment and capable of prioritizing competing needs
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry is not required but desired
