About the role

  • Develop sales strategies and map opportunities to meet targets and drive the company's growth. Your mission will be to identify and prospect new clients to generate successful business.
  • Prospect new clients and expand our business portfolio.
  • Visit clients, agencies, and points of sale, building connections and delivering customized solutions.
  • Analyze competitors and use those insights to define strategies that maximize our performance.
  • Negotiate with clients, prepare commercial proposals, and create effective strategies to close deals.
  • Understand clients' needs and offer internal solutions—whether standard products or tailored solutions for each client.
  • Ensure swift and efficient commercial service, resolving issues quickly so the client feels well served.
  • Anticipate client demands to get ahead of the competition and stand out in the market.
  • Clarify questions during the sales process, maintaining transparency and client trust.
  • Work side by side with the team and senior management to help define the best commercial strategies.
  • Research new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
  • Suggest improvements to optimize sales performance and strengthen our strategy.
  • Monitor the progress of clients' campaigns and collaborate on communication between teams to ensure successful results.
  • Maintain an ethical and professional relationship, focused on excellence and the team's success.
  • Interact with different areas of the company, ensuring alignment and cohesion in the delivery of products and solutions.
  • Stay up to date with developments in the national and international markets, identifying potential investors and partners for new business.

Requirements

  • Proven prior experience in the Sales Executive role.
  • Experience in the marketing field will be an advantage.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy, able to understand and meet clients' needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset to identify business opportunities and market trends.
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and proactive manner.
  • Basic knowledge of productivity tools and CRMs to optimize sales management.
