About the role

  • Commercial and logistical support for a defined portfolio of end customers
  • Advising and handling customer requests from domestic and international customers
  • Detailing and preparing quotations
  • Conducting contract reviews and coordinating deviations with the customer
  • Handling warranty and goodwill cases and analyzing root causes of complaints
  • Preparing statements and agreeing on further actions with the specialist departments
  • Issuing invoices in compliance with customer-specific and legal requirements
  • Monitoring and processing deadlines and orders
  • Commercial evaluation of inspection reports and cost estimates

Requirements

  • Vocational training completed as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a similar qualification
  • Experience or additional qualification in customer service desirable
  • Meticulous and service-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Very good command of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
