About the role

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all client and consumer requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans including timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Review survey questionnaires for alignment with specifications and recommend best practices.
  • Coordinate sample and quota management, ensuring accurate fulfillment and data integrity.
  • Monitor field progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Perform data quality checks, manage reporting, and ensure delivery accuracy.
  • Protect and enhance the consumer experience throughout the research lifecycle.
  • Support Account Directors and Business Development Managers in managing and growing client portfolios across multiple sectors.
  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients to identify opportunities, present Pureprofile’s offerings, and maximize revenue potential.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and project specifications based on client requirements.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets and KPIs through active participation in sales activities and follow-ups.
  • Maintain client relationships by ensuring timely communication, quality delivery, and a high standard of customer service.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to represent Pureprofile’s services and solutions effectively.
  • Ensure detailed project briefs, specs, and documentation are accurately captured and maintained in Salesforce/CRM.
  • Track and update all client interactions, meetings, and project milestones in CRM systems.
  • Prepare daily or periodic progress reports for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with best practices, internal policies, and accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations for accurate billing and project closure documentation.
  • Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support when required.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in a similar client-facing, delivery or coordination role (project management, operations or sales support).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects and timelines effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets while contributing to team and company goals.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and task management tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
