About the role

  • Sales Consultant at Bumble Bee Blinds providing personalized window treatment solutions to clients. Combining design skills with strong communication to close deals and generate leads.

Responsibilities

  • Run in-home consultations and provide design-driven product recommendations
  • Match our extensive line of products to the customer’s style, space, and budget
  • Measure windows accurately and prepare detailed quotes and orders
  • Close deals using a consultative and solution-based sales approach
  • Generate leads weekly through local networking, events, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships (e.g., realtors, designers, builders)
  • Maintain strong follow-up communication with prospects and clients
  • Work closely with our operations, installation, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain client/project information in CRM software
  • Represent Bumble Bee Blinds with integrity, professionalism, and passion

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, in-home sales, design consultation, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office, mobile apps, and basic productivity tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple projects
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Window treatment industry experience is a plus, but not required.
