Responsibilities
Work directly with leads, guiding them through the course enrollment process.
Conduct consultative meetings and calls (voice and/or video) with a focus on immediate closing.
Deeply understand the lead's profile and pain points, identify professional goals, and demonstrate the real value and ROI of the postgraduate program.
Present proposals clearly, confidently, and with a sense of urgency to guide the lead to a decision.
Address strategic objections (investment, time, technical insecurity, etc.) using both technical and emotional arguments.
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets with a 100% focus on performance and revenue generation.
Contribute to commercial intelligence by suggesting improvements to pitch, recurring objections, and strategy adjustments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a degree program.
Proven experience in consultative sales with a strong focus on closing (B2C or B2B with mid/high ticket sizes).
Persuasive ability and mastery of sales techniques.
Comfortable with aggressive targets and a variable, performance-based compensation model.
Ability to drive customer decisions with authority, empathy, and a sense of urgency.
Excellent verbal and written communication — professional and persuasive demeanor.
Preferred: Experience in education, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or franchising sectors.
Experience with a structured sales funnel (pre-sales + closing).
Knowledge of smart follow-up strategies and sales via WhatsApp / online meetings.
