Responsibilities
Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
Maintain and manage customer and dealer data
Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders
Assist with communication with dealers and business partners
Create and prepare analyses, reports and presentations
General administrative tasks in the back office
Support the optimization of internal sales processes
Requirements
Enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business Psychology or similar)
Structured, careful and reliable working style
Confident use of MS Office or Google Workspace
Numerical and process-oriented thinking
Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
Excellent German skills, written and spoken
First experience in sales, back office or e-commerce is an advantage but not required
