About the role

  • Sales & Business Development Manager expanding market shares for IT services, focusing on client needs and tailored IT offers. Building C-level relationships and managing the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Expand market share for our CORBOX portfolio, including opening up new industries and target markets
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored IT service offerings in close collaboration with the technical teams
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to successful contract closure
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at C-level (CIO, CTO, Head of IT)
  • Analyze trends, competitors and customer requirements to identify innovative approaches to business development

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in business development or sales of IT services, preferably in Managed Services, Cloud or IT outsourcing
  • Proven success selling to mid-market customers (from approx. 200 IT seats) and enterprise customers
  • Strong network with IT decision-makers and a solid understanding of complex IT infrastructures and services
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a confident presence at C-level
  • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel within the Rhein-Main region for customer acquisition and support
