Responsibilities
Manage high-potential inbound leads routed by the support team and convert them into opportunities
Conduct outbound outreach to target businesses, affiliates, and accounting partners
Understand customer business needs and align them with Elorus’s value proposition
Map customer pain points to product features and demonstrate real-world value
Collaborate with the product team to relay customer insights and feedback
Build and maintain strategic relationships that drive referrals and growth
Help refine sales pitches, outreach templates, and lead qualification processes
Track all activity in CRM tools, ensuring follow-up and accuracy
Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals
Requirements
Experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal
Proven ability to qualify leads, understand business needs, and pitch solutions
Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking workflows
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in cross-functional teams
Passion for SaaS, B2B sales, and helping small businesses succeed
