About the role

  • Sales Account Executive role at an IoT company providing smart solutions for various sectors. Involves customer relationship management and contribution to social media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (garment brands)
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect clients
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date prospecting list
  • Respond to tenders
  • Coordinate with the head office in Hong Kong for new product development with brands
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales support materials such as brochures, sell sheets, newsletters, and product change notifications
  • Contribute to social media growth: improve social media strategy, create content, and manage the community (LinkedIn)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
  • Experience in garment accessories and the textile industry is a definite advantage but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Independent and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a MUST
  • Fluent spoken and written English and French or Italian is a MUST
