Requirements

  • Strong track record of leading complex, strategic customer relationships
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level
  • Significant experience in commercial leadership, account management, or business development
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver sustainable growth across international markets
  • Experience may come from energy, infrastructure, industrial sectors, technology, or similarly complex environments
  • Able to understand customer challenges and connect capabilities across a broader ecosystem
  • Collaborative and inclusive leader
  • Create clarity, alignment, and momentum
  • Comfortable leading without direct authority in a global, matrixed organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
  • Confident using data and insight to inform decisions
