Requirements
Strong track record of leading complex, strategic customer relationships

Significant experience in commercial leadership, account management, or business development
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver sustainable growth across international markets
Experience may come from energy, infrastructure, industrial sectors, technology, or similarly complex environments
Able to understand customer challenges and connect capabilities across a broader ecosystem
