Responsibilities
Support the growth and retention of an existing commercial customer base.
Aligned to existing accounts with defined revenue expectations, focused on expansion, renewal support, and customer value realization.
Work closely with customers to identify growth opportunities.
Support sales execution and help ensure long‑term customer success.
This is a developmental role designed to build strong commercial sales fundamentals and prepare individuals for future full Account Executive responsibility.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a customer‑facing commercial role
Experience with software, SaaS, or cloud solutions strongly preferred
Understanding of account expansion, renewals, and customer lifecycle management
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to analyze account data and identify growth opportunities
Comfortable learning and supporting technical products and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
