Responsibilities
Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts
Identify and engage potential clients and build strong relationships
Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies
Lead compelling RFP responses and tailor pitches
Onboard new large enterprise clients
Actively gather and share market insights
Optimize CRM usage for efficiency
Coach and develop the sales team
Requirements
University degree or equivalent qualification
3+ years in a B2B commercial role
Experience in recruitment, SaaS, or IT & services
Fluent in German and English
Strong networking skills
High degree of autonomy and self-motivation
