About the role

  • Sales Account Executive managing client relationships and driving growth for Malt's freelance marketplace in the DACH region. Engaging with enterprise clients and ensuring Malt is their top choice for top freelancing talent.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Identify and engage potential clients and build strong relationships
  • Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies
  • Lead compelling RFP responses and tailor pitches
  • Onboard new large enterprise clients
  • Actively gather and share market insights
  • Optimize CRM usage for efficiency
  • Coach and develop the sales team

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years in a B2B commercial role
  • Experience in recruitment, SaaS, or IT & services
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong networking skills
  • High degree of autonomy and self-motivation
