About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for the sales cycle from qualifying opportunities to closing in a growth-focused SaaS environment. Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle (discovery, demo, proposal, closing)
  • Build and expand your own customer pipeline
  • Conduct product demos and negotiate with decision-makers
  • Work closely with SDRs to hand off and further qualify leads
  • Maintain CRM and perform forecasting (Senior)
  • Help shape sales strategies and processes, and provide mentoring where applicable

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in a software or SaaS environment (level-dependent)
  • Proven closing ability and a structured approach to the sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ownership mindset and strong negotiation skills
  • Very good German and good English
