About the role

  • Join KnowBe4 as an SMB Sales Representative focusing on driving new customer acquisition. Build relationships with small and mid-sized businesses needing trusted security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close net new SMB customers in your assigned territory
  • Conduct compelling online demos of KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training Platform
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
  • Identify key decision makers, qualify opportunities effectively
  • Act strategically in pricing negotiations and discount offerings
  • Become a master of KnowBe4's complete product portfolio

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with 1-3 years of software (SaaS) sales experience to Small Medium Businesses
  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts with genuine interest in helping SMB organizations strengthen their security awareness and protect against evolving cyber threats
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM + Gmail
  • Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter who thrives on prospecting
  • Stats-driven business professional who leverages metrics to optimize performance
  • Strong teamwork skills combined with ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
