Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close net new SMB customers in your assigned territory
Conduct compelling online demos of KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training Platform
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
Act strategically in pricing negotiations and discount offerings
Become a master of KnowBe4's complete product portfolio
Requirements
Proven track record in sales with 1-3 years of software (SaaS) sales experience to Small Medium Businesses
Familiarity with IT Security concepts with genuine interest in helping SMB organizations strengthen their security awareness and protect against evolving cyber threats
Experience with Salesforce CRM + Gmail
Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, energetic self-starter who thrives on prospecting
Stats-driven business professional who leverages metrics to optimize performance
Strong teamwork skills combined with ability to work with minimum supervision
Bachelor's degree preferred
