Revenue Operations Intern assisting in revenue strategy and performance analysis at Gojob. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and operations to enhance business practices and CRM usage.
Responsibilities
Contribuer à l'élaboration du forecast de revenu et des marges. Analyser et partager des recommandations stratégiques
Construire et fiabiliser des dashboards de prospection, de progression des deals et de productivité
Garantir l’hygiène CRM (HubSpot), optimiser les workflows et faciliter son adoption par les équipes Sales, Marketing et Customer Success pour assurer l'alignement du parcours client
Analyser la couverture des comptes et la qualité des actions menées. Réaliser des analyses de portefeuille pour identifier les comptes à forte valeur ou à optimiser.
Requirements
Étudiant(e) en dernière année (Master 2) d’école de commerce / d’ingénieur / université sélective, à la recherche d'un stage de 6 mois, idéalement à partir de Janvier ou Février 2026.
Solides compétences analytiques et excellente maîtrise d’Excel/Google Sheets (premières notions de SQL appréciées).
Rigueur, organisation et goût pour les chiffres.
Très bon relationnel, capable d’interagir avec les fonctions Sales & Marketing et Finance et de les challenger.
Anglais professionnel (oral + écrit).
Une première expérience en Sales Ops, BizOps, Conseil ou Finance est un plus.
