About the role

  • Revenue Operations Manager at Retool supporting GTM strategies through analysis and dashboard development. Enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • You will be an integral part of the GTM team, focusing on the analysis and reporting of key metrics that drive decision-making at the executive level.
  • Developing and refining metrics reporting for leadership meetings to ensure decision-makers have accurate and timely information.
  • Conducting ad hoc data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of our GTM processes.
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and technologies that improve data collection and analysis capabilities.
  • Assisting in the development and refinement of GTM strategies through detailed, data-driven analysis.
  • Take ownership of data analysis and reporting for all GTM activities, ensuring stakeholders have the insights needed to make informed decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across GTM operations to support scaling and efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience building dashboards with Retool, Looker, Tableau or similar data visualization tool
  • Excellent communicator with creative data storytelling and delivering insights
  • Experience in the design and development of BI reporting and analytics
  • Expertise creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Segment, or similar web analytics tool
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and multi-task
  • Demonstrated knowledge writing and editing MS SQL queries
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Background in Digital or B2B Marketing desirable.
