Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of the GTM team, focusing on the analysis and reporting of key metrics that drive decision-making at the executive level.
Developing and refining metrics reporting for leadership meetings to ensure decision-makers have accurate and timely information.
Conducting ad hoc data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of our GTM processes.
Supporting the implementation of new systems and technologies that improve data collection and analysis capabilities.
Assisting in the development and refinement of GTM strategies through detailed, data-driven analysis.
Take ownership of data analysis and reporting for all GTM activities, ensuring stakeholders have the insights needed to make informed decisions.
Identify and implement process improvements across GTM operations to support scaling and efficiency.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience building dashboards with Retool, Looker, Tableau or similar data visualization tool
Excellent communicator with creative data storytelling and delivering insights
Experience in the design and development of BI reporting and analytics
Expertise creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
Experience with Google Analytics, Segment, or similar web analytics tool
Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and multi-task
Demonstrated knowledge writing and editing MS SQL queries
Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
