Responsibilities
Lead overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations and budgets in the Susquehanna region
Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge
Recruit, hire, and retain sales professionals
Leverage market data for customer targeting and business planning
Provide ongoing performance management and career development of sales team
Acquire new accounts and surgeon relationships for new technologies
Establish relationships with key surgeons and accounts
Participate in compliance program-related activities
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent in fields like Business, Marketing, Finance
At least 8 years of relevant business/leadership experience
Minimum of 2 years management experience, coaching, or mentoring
Trauma & Extremities market experience preferred
Sales Leadership Development Program participation preferred
Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
Strong Customer Understanding and ability to use customer data
Valid driver's license issued in the United States
