About the role

  • Sales leadership role for Johnson & Johnson's Trauma & Extremities portfolio in the United States. Responsible for managing sales strategies, operations, and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall management of sales strategies, activities, operations and budgets in the Susquehanna region
  • Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge
  • Recruit, hire, and retain sales professionals
  • Leverage market data for customer targeting and business planning
  • Provide ongoing performance management and career development of sales team
  • Acquire new accounts and surgeon relationships for new technologies
  • Establish relationships with key surgeons and accounts
  • Participate in compliance program-related activities

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in fields like Business, Marketing, Finance
  • At least 8 years of relevant business/leadership experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience, coaching, or mentoring
  • Trauma & Extremities market experience preferred
  • Sales Leadership Development Program participation preferred
  • Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
  • Strong Customer Understanding and ability to use customer data
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Ability to travel (30% - 50%)
  • Ability to relocate if necessary
